If your account has been created within the most recent 30 days, you will be eligible for a full refund as long as one of the following conditions are met:
• There are no Auto Transport Carriers confirmed within the most recent 30 days.
• One or less Auto Transport Carriers have contacted you about your move within the most recent 30 days.
• If your account is more than 31 days old, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• If two or more Transport Carriers have requested to contact you about your transport order (shown in your order history), you will not be eligible for a refund. This usually means the customer did not settle on a price with a Transport Carrier, or the customer has supplied inaccurate contact information. However, the customer can still contact the companies directly through their CarSendIt.com account to set up transport arrangements and negotiate pricing.
• You have confirmed a Transport Carrier to move your vehicle.
