How It Works
Find an Order
Using your Car Send It Carrier Account search the national CSI Load-Board for the right vehicle.
Your account automatically saves the contact info of every in your Lead History.

Speak to Customers
After finding the right transport order, contact the customer by phone or email.
Review the order information with the customer and submit a price from the Dashboard of your Carrier Account.
Every customer that you contact will automatically be saved to your Lead History, so you can never have to worry about loosing the information.
All price estimates are stored in your account and can be updated later.
Confirm Your Customer
Process the customer through your normal business practice ands send the customer a confirmation request fom the Dashboard of your Carrier Account.
When the customer accepts the confirmation, the order is confirmed and is removed from the load-board.
The customer will be saved in your Confirmed Customers list for easy access.
Get Your Load
You can log into your Carrier Account anytime to get your customers contact information or to review the details about the move.

CarSendIt Auto Carrier Accounts provide access to the CSI Load-Board, the national load-board where you’ll find all the available Transport Orders in the system.
Browse this load-board to find orders you want to secure and to get a customers’ direct contact information. There is no limit to the amount of customers you can speak with and no limit to the amount of business you can secure.

All The Leads Your Targeting In One Place
The Lead History feature removes the need for messy paperwork and ensures you never lose track of potential customers. This tool automatically creates a complete list of all the customers you have contacted, and who have yet to confirm an auto carrier. You can easily revisit their contact info, transport order info, and submit your quote to the customer from this page.

Confirmed Orders
Keeping Service Ready Customers Organized and Easily Assessible
All customers that confirm your company as their carrier will be listed in your Confirmed Customers list. Once a Transport Order has been confirmed it will be removed from the CSI Load-Board and all other carriers’ Lead History.
As the confirmed auto carrier, CarSendIt will send you an email notifying you of the confirmation. The transport order will then appear exclusively in your Confirmed Orders list, where you can easily access the customers’ contact and load information at any time.

My Routes
Never Miss a Lead with Saved Dedicated Routes.
The My Routes Feature stores the dedicated pickup/drop off location for your carriers and sends you notifications when matching transport orders are created.
You can limit this feature to specific date ranges or stay generic with only matching criteria. My Routes puts CarSendIt to work finding customers in those areas for you.

Membership
Auto Carrier Accounts are $69.00 Monthly.
To become a member and connect directly to customers and businesses your company must become Car Send It Certified.
Once certified, your company will get unlimited access to all orders that are available.
There are no limits to the amount of customers you can secure
and there are never any hidden fees––all you pay is your monthly subscription.
How to Become CarSendIt.com Certified
To become Car Send It Certified you must supply a copy of your current cargo insurance document and MC Number to the Authorizations department. You can start the process online or contact the team directly through customer service. Allow up to 24-48 hours for the authorization team to verify and process your information. Once your information is approved, you will be able to access all opportunities through your Auto Carrier Account
